We invite you to take part in four upcoming workshops, designed just for leaders and staff in the housing and homeless services field to explore trauma-informed, culturally-responsive practices.

Through a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation grant, and in partnership with Resilient Lehigh Valley, New Bethany Ministries, and both the Lehigh Valley and Pocono Region RHABs, United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley is offering a series of virtual workshops. 

These free, virtual workshops are open for all staff and leadership. Please register below for as many workshops as you can attend.

 Presented by- Kumari Ghafoor Davis, Director of the Campaign for Racial and Ethnic Justice and Wilberto Sicard, Organizer for the Campaign for Racial Ethnic Justice, CACLV.

This session will focus on how to identify and eliminate microaggressions and implicit bias in our work as homeless service providers.

This session will unpack equity, privilege, and how to put equity into practice by understanding the impact of institutional racism and how to advocate for families and communities.
