This week features chicken tagine w/dates and butternut squash (side dish), braised spare ribs and sauerkraut (heat and serve) , chicken dijon, sloppy joes, or turkey meatballs with marinara. Sides are mac n cheese, mixed green salad, minestrone soup, garlic mashed potato, basmati rice, or roasted broccoli.
