Program Description
This session will cover the old and new IRA rules generally, with a focus on charitable opportunities more specifically. Attendees will learn how both testamentary charitable remainder trusts and charitable gift annuities can offer unique “stretch” IRA solutions for charitably inclined donors/clients. Attendees will learn how testamentary charitable planning vehicles can also provide an alternative to a spendthrift trust using retirement and non-retirement assets.
