Epic of Eden: Ruth Bible Study 

Join Pastor Rebecca in a study of the Book of Ruth using Sandra Richter's "Epic of Eden: Ruth". This study will begin on October 28th and go for 6 weeks. There will be a limited class capacity so regiatration is REQUIRED for social distancing and ordering materials.

This is an actual study into one of the only two books of the Bible that are named after a woman. Ruth is a story about three characters and the story of redemption. It’s about being an outsider who becomes an insider because of a kinsman redeemer. It also contains the genealogy of our Christ. 

This study is geared for those who have never studied a book in the Bible in depth before but is also for those of you who have. There is no pressure to complete homework, though there is a study guide that will help you along the way (Cost is $15). We will order these ahead of time and have them for you on the first day of class. Before you come, I would suggest that you get familiar with the book of Ruth by reading through it in one sitting. There are only four chapters in the book of Ruth. This study is being led by Rev. Rebecca Rutherford and will be held on the west Campus in WD104.
