Symposium Day:  November 6, 2020 (Friday).  7:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Industry Allies Council Benefits:

  • Pay one fee which includes virtual exhibit booth.  Virtual booth includes logo, description, website, and contact information.   
  • First four IAC organizations will receive opportunity to sponsor a KDN Quarterly Meeting.     
  • Branded breakout room.  
  • Sponsor a speaker (logo ONLY on agenda, no information wil be permitted onh speaker materials).
  • Recognition of level of support through the Whova APP.
  • All exhibitor benefits listed below.  

 Exhibitor Benefits:

  • Pay one fee which includes virtual exhibit booth.  Virtual booth includes logo, description, website, and contact information.  
  • Livestream showcase space (via Zoom, Google Hangouts, etc)
  • Video highlighting your services and products. 
  • The ability to post photos and flyers (pdf).  
  • Live text chat box for questions and the option to add promotional offers, giveaways, or coupons directly in the app. 
  • Participation in gamification. 
  • Recognition on event website and promotional materials (if received by 10-23-20).

Kentucky Diabetes Network (KDN) with notation for "Kentucky Statewide Diabetes Symposium 2020" and mail with "Online Registration Form" to: Kentucky Statewide Diabetes Symposium 2020, c/o Terry Gehrke, P.O. Box 23008, Anchorage, KY. 40223. KDN is a 501 (C) 3 organization.

If Continuing Education (CE) credit is desired, you must register separately as a PAID PARTICIPANT.

  • Exhibit sites may not be open while the educational program is taking place.
  • The opportunity to be part of an Industry Allies Council (IAC) or Exhibitor is open to numerous            companies involved with diabetes care and education.
  • This payment includes exhibit opportunity.
  • Donation of a door prize would be appreciated (may include a company logo or relate to diabetes).
