This session will show you how to use our HPHConnect portal to get a speedy response on authorization requests for positive airway pressure devices (CPAP and BIPAP) for commercial members with obstructive sleep apnea. Learn about submitting authorization requests, completing the InterQual questionnaire, creating and saving templates, attaching documentation, and more.
