This would include:
PROCEEDS benefit the ASCE funded Peck/Benak Engineering Achievement Scholarship, Future City Competition, and local ASCE Student Section.
THE REGISTRATION FEE covers coffee breaks, lunch, and handout material.
REFUNDS will be made if the conference is canceled or if the applicant cancels no later than five working days prior to the conference date.

COVID-19 GUIDANCE
These guidelines are subject to change. The planning committee appreciates your cooperation with these guidelines.
Attendees are responsible for following all City, County and State guidelines.
· A Mask is Required
Attendees are required to wear a cloth mask that covers both the mouth and the nose while in attendance. The mask may be removed while actively eating or drinking. Attend virtually via the livestream if you are not willing to wear a cloth mask while in attendance.
· Self-Screen for Illness
Attendees are required to self-screen for the following symptoms:
o Temperature above 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit within the last 48 hours.
o Experiencing a cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat.
Attendees will be required to verbally acknowledge that they have completed the self-screen for illness and are not experiencing any of these symptoms before entering the conference room. Attend virtually via the livestream if you are experiencing any of these symptoms or are not willing to self-screen.
· Self-Screen for Potential Exposure to COVID-19
Attend virtually via the livestream if you have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 or traveled out of the Country within the past 14 days.
· Social Distancing is Requested
Provided a minimum of 6 feet between attendees, whenever possible. The following actions are being taken to encourage social distancing:
o Spacing of Tables 8 feet apart and Chairs 6 feet apart.
o Staff to serve / distribute all Food and Beverage.
o Limiting the number of Attendees to 50% of the venue capacity (about 150 seats).
