Mead, or Honey Wine, is referenced historically and culturally, dating back to around 5000 BC, with words, phrases, poems, stories, songs, and of Health, Magic, Vigor, Happiness, Fertility, and more…and it was enjoyed in vessels like horns and cups or bowls called Mazers and Methers.

Let’s explore Mead! During our time together, we will discuss Mead and learn to prepare it.  Techniques, equipment, varieties, characteristics, resources, and troubleshooting will all be covered.
