ONLINE May 2021 Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) & Odor Control Technician (OCT) 

Franchise owners and staff can attend training at no cost within the first year of business. Use code SS1YEAR. No charge for Top Gun Franchisees, use code TG1YEAR. Field Training Partners attending class is also free of charge. Use code FTPR. If these do not apply to you, then: FSRT/OCT is $100.

We will not be offering OCT as a stand alone. FSRT will only be offered as a stand alone in special cicumstances which require instructor pre-approval. The price is the same regardless.

Monday through Wednesday is FSRT and OCT is Thursday. The class is taught by Rodney Harris.

Each IICRC exam fee is $80.00 (as of January 1, 2021).

Class materials will be mailed to you the week before class via FedEx to the address you provide during registration.

An email will be sent to class registrants two weeks prior to class. This email will provide the class link and further instructions. If you don't receive this email, contact Stacy Walters.

Please register for class using a stable internet connection. Do not leave the payment screen open indefinately. Your registration could be left incomplete/abandoned at which point the class could fill to capacity.

If you do not receive an email confirmation after registering, please call or email Stacy Walters for class registration confirmation.

Class Requirements:

• You must have a strong, stable internet connection and a computer with camera, audio, and microphone capabilities. Chrome is the preferred web browser for Ring Central to operate optimally.
• Your camera must remain enabled and on you throughout the entire course. There is a minimum contact time for each class, and you must participate for the entirety of the class to be eligible to take the written exam.
• If you are late for class, you may not meet the requirement. If you are late and/or do not follow attendance instructions at the beginning of class, you may be counted as absent which will exclude you from taking the IICRC exam.
• Student recording of the class presentation (both video and audio) is strictly forbidden. The instructor may record the class for quality assurance purposes.  Your attendance gives your consent to any such recording. 
• To register for the IICRC exam(s) AFTER you register for the class(es) below, the link is: https://www.iicrc.org/page/LiveStreamExamRegistration. The exam link and your exam login credentials will be emailed to you directly from the IICRC within 3-days of registering for the exam. For any IICRC exam questions, please contact the IICRC.
