About the Instructor:
Silvia Pera is an analyst at BMNT, a government consulting firm that empowers organizations to solve their most pressing challenges using the methodologies and practices that have made Silicon Valley successful. Silvia leverages design thinking and Lean strategies to strategically problem solve. While at BMNT, Silvia has worked on dozens of Department of Defense projects- assisting government personnel to successfully simplify problem complexities and navigate the bureaucracy to transition solutions most desired by users.
