Do you need help paying for District Convention?
Use the 1/3 rule. 1/3 is paid by the member, 1/3 is paid by the Kiwanis Club and 1/3 is paid by the school.
Registration Details:
Registration Fee: $25
Paying via VENMO: visit the Venmo site and send payment within 24 hours to retain your place. The Venmo account is @CarolinasCKI (please note 2021 DCon in "What's it for" section of Venmo). Payments should be sent within 24 hours of registration.
Paying via this website: at the end of the registration, enter your credit card information. It will connect you to paypal but you do not have to have a paypal account to manage your payment.

Registration Deadline & Cancellation Policy
The registration deadline is January 26th
If registering after the deadline we can not guarantee a conference T-shirt. We do recommend registering early to ensure your shirt size is available. If you need to register after the deadline, please contact District Administrator Jennifer Hethcox at Jennifer.Hethcox@carolinascki.org or via phone at 803-447-9833
Substitutions can be made, however please note, the tshirt size and lunch order will be that of the original attendee.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests must be received in writing. Failure to pay is NOT a form of cancellation. A text to a board member is not an acceptable cancellation. You MUST contact Administrator Jennifer Hethcox to cancel in order for your cancellation be processed. You may call or text at 803-447-9833 or email at Jennifer.Hethcox@carolinascki.org. Please include your name when texting. Cancellations made prior to January 26th will be refunded in full. Cancellation requests postmarked on or after January 26th will not be refunded due to purchased items for the event.
Please be respectful and cancel your registration on time, even if payment has not been made by the deadline. Failure to pay by the deadline is not communication that you are not attending.
