ICNC's 2020 Member Meeting

We need your help! Join us for an important member meeting where ICNC will need participation from its membership to approve important changes to the organization and its Board of Directors. In order to make these changes, we need approval votes from our members.

The goals of this meeting:

• Vote to approve the merger of ICNC and its charitable organization, the Kinzie Industrial Development Corporation (KIDC). All changes from this merger will be internal, there will be no public-facing changes.
• Vote to approve the four new members of ICNC's Board of Directors and extend a current board member's term.
