2021 Shooting Sports Showcase - Exhibitor Registration

  



The Shooting Sports Showcase is a private event providing the shooting sports industry with the opportunity to get their products into the hands of wholesalers, dealers, and a wide range of media members. In addition to the reporting and social media posts expected to result from the event, exhibitors can work with communicators to create useful content for marketing purposes.

Amid concerns about the spread of Covid-19 this range-only event can help manufacturing companies continue their sales and promotional efforts in a safe environment. All organizers and participants will follow a strict protocol to ensure maximum safety.

Exhibitors who are not already POMA and SEOPA members are provided a one-year Corporate Partner membership in each organization. Your memberships become active upon completing the POMA CP application form and are valid for one year from that date for POMA and through Nov. 30, 2021, for SEOPA.

Hotel information will be provided upon completion of your registration.

Exhibitor Options/Pricing (two reps per two lanes permitted; one additional rep per additional lane):

RIFLES

Rifle Range #2 – 100 yards, 50 M rifle - Electronic Targets/Scoring

Each shooting station option starts with 2 lanes to provide ample room for a display/work table, banners, etc. Additional lanes per exhibitor are discounted.

  • 2 lanes - $4,000 (2-3 lanes includes one 8’ table)
  • 3 lanes - $5,800
  • 4 lanes - $7,400 (includes two 8’ tables)

Long Distance Rifle Range 10 X 10 Tent – Steel targets – Set at 100, 200, 300, 600 Yards (Only Three Spots Open)

  • Each Tent- $5,000 (includes one 8’ table, tent, and two shooting benches)

Elevated Long-Distance Rifle Range – Steel targets – Set at 100, 200, 300, 600 Yards

Each lane is approximately 7 feet wide.

  • 2 lanes - $4,000
  • 3 lanes - $5,800
  • 4 lanes - $7,400

PISTOLS

Pistol Range #4 – Multi-purpose 50 yards – Steel targets

  • 2 lanes - $4,000 (includes one 8’ table)
  • 3 lanes - $5,800 (includes one 8’ table)
  • 4 lanes - $7,400 (includes one 8’ table, with the option for one additional 8' table)

Private Action Pistol Bays #5

  • $5,000 (includes one 6’ table and one stationery picnic table)

SHOTGUNS

  • Skeet Fields - $4,000 plus .40 cents per clay (includes 10x10 tent and two 8’ tables)
  • Trap Field - $4,000 plus .40 cents per clay (includes 10x10 tent and two 8’ tables)
  • 5-Stand - $ 4,000 plus .40 cents per clay (limited to two exhibitors)

TENT EXHIBITORS

These spaces are available for exhibitors/vendors and are non-shooting locations Sales are permitted.

  • $1,000 - Space Only (bring your own tent, 10x10 maximum size allowed)
  • $1,500 - Space with 10x10 tent and one 8-foot table and two chairs
