The Stoneham Chamber is excited to team up with Stoneham Recreation Department, as well as Stoneham's Police and Fire Departments, to offer a holiday parade on Saturday, December 12 from 11am-1:30pm. The parade will consist emergency vehicles, decorated cars and floats, as well as Santa traveling all through Stoneham. Please take a moment to review the event guidelines before registering for this event.
PARADE PARTICIPANT GUIDELINES
- Preregistration required by Dec. 4th 2020
- The Holiday parade is scheduled for Saturday, December 12th with a start time of 11am. All registered organizations will be required to be at Recreation Park by 10am on the day of the event.(Rain Date: 12/13)
- All organizations/businesses must have an affiliation to the Town of Stoneham.
- Only one registration is allowed per organization/business.
- Registration does not confirm participation. A parade representative will confirm your spot in the parade by December 7, 2020.
- Entries are limited. Registrations will be granted by date received.
- Each registration is limited to two vehicles (two automobiles or a combination of a truck/trailer). Registered groups must provide a list of participants traveling in each vehicle to parade representatives.
- If you or a member of your group is not feeling well, do not partake in any of the event activities.
- Participants must wear facial coverings and gloves throughout the event. Social distancing guidelines between groups is required.
- Participants must remain inside an enclosed vehicle at all times. No traveling on floats or on the back of moving vehicles.
