No-one Left Behind is the Scottish Government’s strategy to deliver more effective and joined-up employability support across Scotland. Following a stakeholder review, a Joint Delivery Plan was launched by national and local government in November.
EDAS and SLAED invite you to a series of three Inclusive Growth Community of Practice sessions to discuss No-one Left Behind. The first, on 14th December, will focus on People. What does the future hold for the young, the disadvantaged and the long-term unemployed? Compounded by Covid, how do we avoid the widening inequalities that existed already? In the New Year, two further sessions will consider the plan’s ability to mitigate inequalities in the context of Communities and Business.
Chaired by Liz McEntee, guest contributors include, Professor Alan McGregor, University of Glasgow; Joanne Farrow, Scottish Government; Pamela Smith, The Improvement Service, and featuring a relevant case study.
