This Group Learning program has been certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Ontario Chapter for up to 5.5 Mainpro+ credits.

Can't decide which workshops you would like to attend? No Problem! Morning and afternoon workshops will be recorded and made available to conference registrants for 30 days after the event! 

Please note that the afternoon experiential workshops will not be recorded as these are meant to be opportunities to practice new skills. 

All sessions will take place virtually over Zoom. Closer to the date of the conference, you will be provided with a password protected website, so you can access all the sessions and any handouts that speakers may provide.
