Mastering Business Finance

If your goal is to own and run an excellent business, you need to monitor some key financial relationships. Over these three morning online sessions, Dave will teach you the basics of business financial analysis so you can do projections, anticipate problems, and better communicate with bankers and CPAs. Register to receive the instructions for joining the workshops online. In case you need to miss one of the sessions, we plan to record the workshops and send a link to the recording to everyone who registered.

Monday, Jan 25, 8:30 to 10:00 am -- Financial Statements
Tuesday, Jan 26, 8:30 to 10:00 am -- Cash Flow
Wednesday, Jan 27, 8:30 to 10:00 am -- Financial Planning

YOU WILL LEARN:
1.            Analyzing the balance sheet and income statement.
2.            Measuring operating performance.
3.            Understanding the difference between profits and cash flow.
4.            Forecasting financial statements, key ratios and cash flow.
5.            Keys to getting what you ask for at the bank.

A copy of Dave’s book, 60 MInute CFO, will be mailed to everyone who attends the workshops. Dave also provides spreadsheets to simplify analysis and forecasting.
