The BIA, as a service to its members, will be facilitating a webinar to share with its members how to improve their ability to comply with onsite stormwater regulation during construction.  This seminar will be hosted by Bill Ostrem, immediate past president of Lennar Homes, San Diego Division.  Mr. Ostrem will share how his company built a relationship with the regulator (RWQCB) and the City of San Diego to confirm that their project met the stormwater requirements of the City and RWQCB.
