Canine Love for the Community
NEED A LITTLE COMFORT OR CANINE PICK-ME-UP? Schedule a visit with some therapy dogs to lift your spirits or the spirits of someone you care about.
A little canine love goes a long way! Sometimes the stresses of life can get you down. Whether you're 8 or 80 years old, it's not always easy to communicate these feelings and we all need some time to 'paws' and relax. Engaging in any positive interaction with an animal is a therapeutic way to deal with stress, anxiety and trauma.
- Sign up for a complimentary 30 minute visit on January 21st to spend time destressing with a therapy dog.
Each time slot will be limited to 4 visitors and is on a first come, first serve basis (children MUST have a parent or guardian with them).
ADULT PET THERAPY HOUR
Session 1: 4:00 - 4:30 PM
Session 2: 4:30 - 5:00 PM
CHILD PET THERAPY HOUR
Session 1: 5:00 - 5:30 PM
Session 2: 5:30 - 6:00 PM
To ensure everyone's safety, guests will be safely spread apart and required to wear a mask. Temperatures will also be taken at the door and participants must sign a waiver. Hand sanitizer will be provided.
