Contracts Class - NEWNAN - 1/14 

This class is intended to provide agents with an indepth understanding of the 2021 GAR F201 Purchase and Sale Agreement and the most commonly used amendments and exhibits. 

Upon completion of this class, agents will be able to:  

• properly complete the Purchase and Sale Agreement -thus avoiding possible voidable contracts
• assist the public in making informed decisions about the options presented in the Purchase and Sale agreements
• competently complete the Purchase and Sale Agreement and amendments and exhibits in order to avoid violating BRRETA and GREC laws and regulations
