Calling all high schoolers! Join us out at Sycamore Island for a morning of exploring nature, teambuilding activities, and kayaking!

  • Teambuilding: Put your communication skills to the test with a variety of games. Prepare to complete various puzzles, find yourself blindfolded and more! Masks will be required/available for a $1 fee.
  • Nature Walk: Hike around the Trout pond searching for creatures and enjoying the natural beauty surrounding the pond. Your guide will discuss various plants, animals, and natural history as you explore our riparian surroundings.
  • Calm Water Kayaking: Take your communication skills on the water! We will kayak on a beautiful through pond for a portion of our day. There will be time to explore the pond as well as play some exciting leadership activities while we kayak.

This adventure requires attendees to be in high school to participate and will last approximately 3 hours. Please note that there is a $35.00 fee per participant and advanced registration with online payment is required for participation. Please bring a water bottle, snack, and mask to have on hand.
