Our panel of experts will discuss how coaching has evolved to address broad opportunities and targeted areas such as DE&I and female rivalry and how to find the right coach for you.

Rachel Lutowsky is a certified coach and facilitator with more than 20 years of experience, Rachel consults management and executive teams through goal development and planning, focusing on leadership skills, strategic goal setting, and communication.

Ted Smith is a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion subject matter expert and coach. He leverages his vast experience to help executive teams implement DEI strategies as part of their culture and leadership.

SPECIAL GUEST: Amber Tichenor has a PhD in I/O Psychology and is a thought leader in the topic of women’s rivalry. She consults with organizations and offers speaking engagements and workshops on this important topic - what it means, the importance of the phenomenon, the challenges, behaviors, coping and recovery steps.
