Polk County Parks & Recreation would like to spread some cheer this Valentine’s Day with our “Sending Smiles” program. This program is free and is intended to mail Valentine’s Day cards to seniors living in Polk County. 

All Valentine’s Day cards will be customized to the registered Senior Citizen(s) name(s).  Please double check spelling of name(s) and address before completing the registration form. 

One card per registration

Senior Citizens must be 55+

Registration is limited to 300 cards  

Deadline to register is Feb. 1, 2021 or when limited availability of 300 is reached.
