This training is designed for advocates who work in domestic violence residential/shelter settings. The training will help participants navigate the unique concerns related to shelter and 24-hour hotlines including excellence in customer service, boundaries, confidentiality, de-escalation, and parenting.

 

ODVN Trainer: Emily Kulow, Director of Housing and Meaningful Access

CEUs: To obtain 3.5 CEUs, you are required to attend the entire training. You will be asked to fill out an evaluation prior to receiving a certificate of attendance.

Deadline to Register: April 20, 2021

American Sign Language interpreters will be available.
