Collin Rison is a former collegiate athlete turned Podcaster, Personal Trainer, and Operator/Director of Strength and Conditioning at Body District gym in Addison. Growing up, his first memories were in the gym and he spent more time around professional athletes/trainers than he did around his peers. Health, strength, and wellness have always been a passion for Collin, making him a dedicated proponent of mental and physical well-being.
