2021 Monroe Farmers Market

The Monroe Chamber of Commerce is proud to be organizing our 3rd season of the Monroe Farmers Market!

We thank you for your interest in participating in this year's event and we look forward to working with you in 2021.

The Market will be held May 26th-September 1st every Wednesday.

2:30-3 PM is reserved for High Risk & Senior Shopping Hours. Normal operating time is: 3-7 PM. Our primary goal for the Market is to provide our community and the surrounding areas with local, farm-fresh goods, products and services.

Event Dates: Wednesdays

Event Time: 2:30 pm to 7 pm

Event Setup: 12 pm - 2pm YOU NEED TO BE READY TO SELL BY 2:30 PM

LOAD IN/LOAD OUT: Booth set up time is NOT permitted before 12 pm on market day. Vendors are also not allowed to tear down until 7pm.  All vendor spaces must be cleaned out by 8:30 pm.

Speed: Vendors must adhere to a speed of 5mph when entering or exiting the market for loading.

Load in: Occurs between the hours of 12 pm and 2:30 pm on market day. All booths must be set-up and ready to begin selling by 2:30 pm for High Risk & Senior Shopping Hours. Arriving late may mean you have to park outside the market area for unloading and carry supplies to your booth.

Load out: May only occur after 7pm. Vendors will be loaded up and shall leave the site no later than one hour after the market is closed. Pack out what you brought in. (no garbage left behind, canopies taken down, etc.)

Space Assignments:
standard stall space is 10x10 feet. $30
Double stall space is 20x10 feet. $50

Primary Guidelines: Keeping your booth and the market clean! The market is located in downtown Monroe in the Galaxy Theatres Parking lot. Vendors must keep their space clean and attractive during market hours as well as cleaning up their space after the market closes. Including but not limited to: sweeping up debris from your booth and removing trash.

Vendors using disposable paper products are to bring a sufficent garbage can. All vendors should bring a broom and dust pan. Flower and Farm vendors may be asked to put a tarp down in their work area to prevent grinding of flower or floral material into the concrete.

ALL vendors are required to haul out their own trash. The market trash & recycle bins are for customer use only. We want to keep our community clean for everyone! A FINE of $20 will be assessed to vendors who do not adhere to these guidelines.

WITH COVID19 ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A HANDWASHING STATION. That means you can use an igloo bucket for water with a water spout as your water source, a 5lb bucket below to collect the waste water. You must provide paper towels and soap for yourself.

The Monroe Farmers Market is a smoke free and tobacco free market (no vaping either). Absolutely NO exceptions.

Pets: Vendors are NOT allowed to bring pets to the market. Service dogs that are trained and meet RCW 49.60.040 regulations are allowed in accordance to state law.

Fees are collected in advance and are non-refundable.
