WHERE: This Mental Health First Aid training is a blended format, including a required 2-hour training to be done on your own before the virtual training on March 15 OR March 31 (choose one) @ 8:30 am–2:30 pm.
WHAT: You are more likely to encounter someone in an emotional or mental health crisis than someone having a heart attack... Learn how to help a friend, family member, coworker, or neighbor in need! Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an evidence-based curriculum designed to improve the skills and confidence of participants in identifying and helping someone who is developing a mental health or substance use problem, or experiencing a mental health crisis.

Nursing: North Country Health Consortium/NNH AHEC is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the Northeast Multistate Division, an accredited Approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
