Conducting equity analyses within our schools and districts are necessary to ensure equity and access for all students. Our discussion will focus on how administrators can conduct an equity analysis within schools and districts by viewing a variety of formatted data sets. Examples of the types of equity analyses include teacher quality equity, programmatic equity, and student achievement equity. In addition, equity tools and resources available for use as checklists to guide this work will be referenced during the session.
