IRR, NOI, PV, Cap Rate, PMT – these acronyms represent some of the concepts used to analyze commercial real estate investments.  If you have heard some of these mysterious combination of letters, but don’t quite understand what they mean, plan to join us March 3 for the first in a series of webinars called A Taste of CCIM.

The CCIM Institute is recognized as the world leader in providing education and resources for the professionals engaged in the various occupations using CRE analysis. Its Northern California Chapter is partnering with the Santa Clara Association of Realtors to lhost Course 1 of  this series specifically geared toward residential brokers and agents.

Each hour-long webinar will explore a different concept taken from CCIM courses and using a actual case study.  The instructor will walk you through some of the methodology used to apply the concept to understand a key aspect of the investment’s value.

 Instructor Davide Pio, CCIM, is a broker specializing in multifamily investments in the Bay Area. He works with investors from around the world, and sold or leased over $150 million in commercial real estate throughout his career.  Davide is on the faculty for the CCIM Institute and is a past president of NorCal CCIM.  He has taught investment strategies to hundreds of students around the Bay Area.
