Wine tasting (serves 2)
Three bottles of Ripe Life Wines, a chardonnay, rose, and a champagne accompanied with an artfully arranged charcuterie board of a well-rounded assortment of cheeses, cured meats, specialty crackers, flatbreads, breadsticks, assorted briny olives, and heirloom tomatoes, garnished with a variety of fresh fruit, dried fruits and nuts, and sticky sweet honey to complement the bite of the sharp cheeses and salty meats for a perfectly balanced palate.
Beer tasting (serves 2)
Three craft IPA beers (American, New England, and Imperial styles) accompanied with delicious sweet and savory appetizers and snacks including honey-sriracha chicken wings, barbequed pork, chili-roasted corn, spiced nuts, soft pretzel bites with pimento cheese, cheese-stuffed bacon-wrapped jalapenos, ham chips, flatbreads, prosciutto-wrapped aparagus, salted chocolate caramels, and mini chocolate stout cupcakes with chocolate ganache.
At-home dinner options:
Option A
Appetizer: Roasted corn and mozzarella bruschetta with baby arugula, frisee, Roma tomato, bacon, and lime vinaigrette
Entree: Grilled salmon with saffron infused Rose wine bouillabaisse topped with Manila clams and mussels
Dessert: Strawberry shortcake
Option B
Appetizer: Chilled curry pea soup
Entree: Pan-seared breast of chicken with rose wine, lemon, pink peppercorn reduction served with a fregola and kale pilaf
Dessert: Strawberry shortcake
All dinners come with a bottle of
