   Employee Lifecycle: Interviewing,       Hiring, and What Comes Next

*This will be a live online workshop via Zoom* 

Learn about some of the most important employee management issues for small businesses – and how you can take action today. In this workshop you'll learn how to avoid some of the most common employee handbook mistakes for small businesses. 

We'll help you understand important HR issues and present effective strategies for staying current and compliant. Which of these employee lifecycle practices could put your business at risk?

Suzan Dick is a certified SCORE mentor and volunteer. She is the founder of Level 10 Strategies, an HR consulting and executive coaching firm.  She previously held executive-level positions in the financial services and public sectors, playing a leading role in fostering a positive culture and garnering organizational recognition.  She holds a BS in Business Psychology from Texas Wesleyan University, and a Juris Doctorate from the Texas A&M School of Law.  In addition to serving as a SCORE mentor, she is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the International Coach Federation, and the State Bar of Texas.

Cancellation Policy: 

If you need to cancel you must notify us via email 7 days prior to the workshop date. A confirmation of your cancellation will be sent once it is received. Calling the SCORE Fort Worth office is not acceptable for a cancellation notice. All no-shows or cancellations after 7 days will lose their paid workshop fees. 

All workshop fees must be paid in advance prior to workshop date. For security purposes we will not be able to accept payment for workshops at the door unless workshop is being held at James E. Guinn complex in Fort Worth, TX. 

CANCELLATION NOTICES MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO: Jenny Day at ch.admin0120@scorevolunteer.org. Any other means of cancellation will not be accepted.
