Non-MAPA Member (includes all elected prosecutors and assistants for whom dues have NOT been paid, anyone from non-prosecutor offices):
$410.00 per person

Payment options:
Payment can be made at the door, by check mailed to our office, or by credit card.

To pay by check, please make it payable to MAPA and send to:
Annual Meeting and Statewide Training
P.O. Box 899
Jefferson City, MO 65102

To pay by credit card, click on the link below.  Please note that the payment and registration systems are different, paying by credit card via this link does NOT register you for the conference.  You can pay before or after you register.  When you register, you can select either pay with check or at the door (either option works).  When you submit a credit card payment, please indicate the name(s) of the individual(s) covered by the payment.

Please be advied that all registration fees, once received and processed, are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be applied to any future event.

Also, please be advised that you will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully completed the registration process.  If you did not receive this email, your registration(s) did not go through.  This email will serve as your invoice for the conference.  Please retain the email as no other invoice will be prepared or sent.

A block of rooms has been reserved at Margaritaville at a rate of $112.00 per night for a standard room, plus any applicable taxes.  Reservations can be made by calling 800-826-8272.  Ask for the Missouri Association of Prosecuting Attorneys block.  You can also make reservations online using this link:
Reservations must be made by Tuesday, March 9, to guarantee our rate and availability.  Please be advised that this is a hard deadline.  If you do not call by the cut-off date, rooms and our group rate may not be available.  MAPA does not keep rooms on reserve and will not be able to help you get a room past the cut-off date.

Also, be advised that any reservations made must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid fees and penalties if your plans change and you decide not to attend the conference.

Both MAPA and Margaritaville are committed to conducting this event in the safest manner possible so things may look a little different than usual.  We will be working with the hotel on seating arrangements which allow for social distancing and to ensure the safety of food service during our breaks and meals.  We will ask our attendees to follow relevant CDC guidelines as the situation permits.  Please do not attend the conference or any events if you have had a recent fever or cough, if you feel sick, or if you are aware of recent exposure to a COVID positive person.  Masks are required in all public areas of the hotel.  We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we navigate the challenges of providing in-person training in these unique times.

To register, click below where it says "Register Now."

Please be advised that all attendees must be registered separately this year, with a unique email for each registrant.  This facilitates us in making conference materials and other information available to each registered attendee.  Please ensure that you can receive emails from Missouri Association of Prosecuting Attorneys (susan.glass@prosecutors.mo.gov).
