Affair on the Square Exhibitor Application 

The 29th Annual Affair on the Square Craft Fest and Vintage Fair held on the beautiful historic square of Medina, Ohio is all set for Sunday, August 8, 2020

LOCATION: Medina Public Square (outdoors), intersection of St. Rte. 1 & US 42.

BOOTH SPACE: 10'x10' FOR $130. If application received after July 1 - $150

FOOD TRUCK SPACE: $130. If application received after July 1 - $150

DEADLINE: First come, first served until full (this show fills up fast)

SET UP TIME:  7 to 10:30 am day of show



TO APPLY: Please send 3 pictures of your handmade crafts - color copies are fine - and one picture of your display along with the Application Form and your check. Pictures can also be emailed to 

Applications will not be juried until photos and payment are received. You will be notified via email of your acceptance or rejection. Acceptance will be given for only the items listed on the Application Form and shown in the pictures. If not accepted, checks will be destroyed or paypal payments will be refunded in full.

Acceptance in previious shows does not guarantee acceptance in this year’s show.

DISPLAY REQUIREMENTS: We expect participants to make booth displays as attractive and professional as possible. Tables must be covered to the ground. Nothing may be pounded into the ground because of the park's sprinkler system. Weights are required to hold down tents and will be inspected. Elecricity is not available. Chairs and tables will not be provided.


ATTENTION JEWELRY ARTISTS - There are a limited number of spaces available for jewelry vendors. If more than 50% of your booth is jewelry, these rules apply to you: The deadline for jewelry artisit applications is April 1. At that time all jewelry artist applications will be juried together and only a limited number will be accepted. 

SPACE ASSIGNMENTS: Spaces will be assigned on a first come first served basis once application and payment in full is received. You will receive a map with your space assignment and set up information the week before the show diate. If you have any special requests, please be sure to indicate that on the application form.

Refreshments will be sold throughout the show.
