While different from an in-person event, you can still get a good return on investment online. Attendees can be more likely to ask questions and engage with exhibitors virtually than they are in person. Here are some "How to" examples:

1. Feature pictures, logos, and posters to make your brand stand out with your consistent branding.

2. Exhibitors find creative ways to engage attendees to participate in demos, giving better idea of product/service offered.

3. Use the Virtual Exhibitor Hall feature to easily set up live stream or upload your product/company videos.

4. Promote through social media, as the event progresses, inform attendees about promos or upcoming live sessions.

5. You may arrange virtual workshops with attendees an/or host your own workshop for special product interest groups.

6. Use virtual meet-up function to put workshop meeting links into your profile page, interacting with attendees directly.

7. Online coupons are another way to incentivize attendees to check out your virtual exhibit booth.

The Annual Conference is Illinois Head Start Association’s premier event. Marketing for this event targets Executive Directors, Head Start & Early Head Start Directors, Managers, Staff, Parents and Head Start Partners and Friends. 

Please keep in mind that all of our Annual Conference registrants will have ninety (90) days post-conference access for their ON-DEMAND viewing of ALL sessions, resources, handouts and all conference materials. This means that they will also be able to click onto your virtual booth as well!

EXHIBITORS are being offered three levels: BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD.  Exhibits are a very important part of our conference and we strive to make the conference as beneficial as possible for our exhibitors. So popular are our exhibitors at Head Start trainings and events, that IHSA chose the Whova Event platform specifically with YOU in mind.

SPONSORS for our annual conference are also being offered their choice of these same three levels during this 2021 virtual event: BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD.  

CORPORATE SPONSORS will each, in addition, receive the following extra benefits: 

• Logo and Name Recognition during every LIVE Event;
• Logo / banner to be run before and after KEYNOTERS; and
• Opportunity to present/speak LIVE (1 to 5 minutes) at the beginning of our Keynoter Events.
