Support Broker Re-Certification Training 

People who wish to renew their Support Broker certification will be able to do so via the GoToTraining platform.  Support Broker Training and certification is required before a Support Broker can provide services. Certification is valid for 2 years. 

It is expected that all attendees will actively participate and comply with the expectations of the class, including evaluations. Trainees will be required to demonstrate core competency by passing an exam. Because the information is critical to the success of this program, participants must log in on time.  Registration is required. 

You will have one week from the start of the test to complete it. Upon passing the exam, a certificate will be emailed.
