Kids’ Connection and Youth Connection (The CBSG® Program manuals for Schools & Community Settings) and Kids' Connection, Too (the manual for Homeless & Domestic Violence Shelters, Group Homes and other Transitional Living Environments) are unique, interactive, multi-cultural curriculum-based prevention interventions that teach children and youth developmental ages 4-17 living in high-risk situations a set of essential life skills: skills to help them learn how to cope with difficult family situations (which include Adverse Childhood Experiences), resist negative peer pressure, set and achieve goals, and refuse alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs.  

The CBSG Program Facilitator Training will fully prepare schools, community-based organizations, transitional living environments, and other youth serving professionals to implement the CBSG Program with fidelity.

This is a virtual training and will be offered on the Zoom platform.

Please note this is an interactive training and a working microphone and camera are required.

Registered participants will be emailed the login information and necessary handouts the day prior to the training. 

Those completing the training receive their choice of ONE of the CBSG Program Facilitator Manuals. Manuals will be shipped to participants after the training is completed. 

  • Kids' Connection for developmental ages 4-12 for Schools & Community Settings, 
  • Youth Connection for developmental ages 10-17 for Schools & Community Settings, OR
  • Kids' Connection, Too for developmental ages 4-15 in Shelters and Other Transitional Settings

(Any additional manuals may be purchased for $150 each)

Cost for Attending:

$300 per person.  This includes your choice of ONE CBSG Program Facilitator Manual which contains a USB with all Activity Handouts in English and Spanish!
