Room rates are available 3 days pre and post event. Rates do not includes the daily resort fee of $21.99.

For event cancellation requests made in writing by May 31, 2021, registration fees will be fully refunded, minus a $15 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for event cancellations made after May 31, 2021 or no shows. All hotel rooms and registrations are locked in and confirmed on June 1, 2021. If anyone needs to cancel their registration or hotel room, unfortunately a refund WILL NOT be issued and NC Egg will need to invoice you for your hotel stay. Kingsmill Resort has very strict rules with counts and hotel reservations we must implement.
Late cancellations due to COVID exposure will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the North Carolina Egg Association. Registrations are transferable and substitution(s) may attend in your place in the event of COVID illness or exposure.
