Join Marvin over lunch for a live Q&A. Marvin is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Worthy Consulting and Training LLC. Marvin earned his bachelor's degree in education in 1986 and his master of science in college student personnel, college counseling in 1989. Worthy is the recipient of the Shippensburg University Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. March for Humanity Award, the 2018 Shippensburg University Humanitarian Award, Outstanding Effort Award, the ACT 101 Distinguished Service Award, the University of Delaware Richard A. Wilson Outstanding Service Award, the Pennsylvania Black Conference on Higher Education Appreciation and Outstanding Service Award, and the YMCA Community Development Award.

Marvin will share his leadership experiences, lessons, and some of his favorite Shippensburg memories.
