Planning for the Unexpected: Employment Lessons for 2021

The theme of this year’s BOSS presentations: Planning for the Unexpected in Your Business. Our second presentation covers the topic of legal requirements and obligations concerning employees.

The pandemic has taught us new ways of working, including managing a remote workforce. And a new administration, coupled with a new year, means changes to employment and labor laws.

Join us on March 18.  Mike Mulè, a partner in Rivkin Radler’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group, will host an interactive presentation by John Diviney, an Employment & Labor Practice partner.  Topics will include:

  • How has Covid changed the reasonable expectations of employers and employees;
  • Whether an employer will be able to prevent remote work when herd immunity has been achieved;
  • Whether an employer can mandate that all employees receive a Covid vaccine; and
  • What changes in employment laws will take effect this year.

Date: March 18, 2021

Time: 8:30-10:00 am
