Cash Flow for Small Business

 April 8th - Online

According to the SBA, 50% of all new businesses fail within the first year and about
33% of the survivors fail within the first 10 years.  Another survey also finds that
80% of business failures are the result of cash flow problems.

This no cost SCORE workshop will cover ways to define your cash flow and how to manage it.  You will end up with the tools to forecast cash needs and determine the critical items that will lead to success for your business.
.

What we’ll cover:   money in hand

  • Definition of cash flow
  • Why cash is not the same as profits
  • Methods to manage your cash in and out
  • Cash generation from within a business
  • How to handle short-term cash needs

Not to be missed if you want  to be successful.  You get this right.....You Win.

This is an overall look at cash flow in a small business, from a highly experienced, local lender.  There will be plenty of time for questions from the attendees.
