Second Day Menu Practices & Results Best practices for the menu presentation Developing processes ensuring additional menu presents (attempts)
Third Day Presenting a menu for success step by step starting with base payment disclosures, panel 1 presentations, optional panels & recommendation closing.
Fourth Day Product Knowledge - intensive back knowledge of the core & ancillary products.
The diversity of F&I experience levels in a classroom scenario encourages participation and defines self confidence.
