In this session, we'll continue talking about developing a daily meditation practice, based on everything from the teachings of wise people who lived thousands of years ago to new findings from the worlds of neuroscience, physiology, and psychology. If you don't have a daily practice, you'll hear suggestions that will help you get started. If you have a daily practice, this is an opportunity to talk to others about it, and hear some new ideas.
All are welcome to attend, whether you joined for Part 1 or not. We'll be exploring new ideas and practices.
