Farm Fresh Friends 2021 Membership Application

At Matthew 25, we want to make sure everyone has access to the produce grown at our Urban Farm. To ensure good food is accessible to all, we offer all of our produce at a 50% discount for income-qualified households.

To qualify, your household income must be at or below the income guidelines listed. If you qualify, please click 'Register Now!' to submit your applcation. If you have difficulty submitting the form, we'd be happy to register you at the market.

Two People - $54,550 
Three People - $61,350 
Four People - $68,150 
Five People - $73,650 
Six People - $79,100 
Seven People - $84,550 
Eight+ People - $90,000
