It's essential that organizations, big and small, coach their teams from the foundational thoughts that were actually used to define their culture.

An entrepreneur and ideator, John Paulsen spent the last 21 years developing brands and their digital and traditional strategies. His diverse background includes digital media, web development, SEO/SEM, eCommerce, Social Media Strategy, and entrepreneurship. Currently, John is leading the brand exploration, marketing and web strategy offerings for HMG Creative (www.hmgcreative.com), a design and marketing agency in Austin, Texas. He strategically guides clients to find their brand’s purpose by discovering their ambition, clarifying their approach, and effectively living out their unique brand story.

John also leads the group talents content creators at GumboFridays (www.gumbofridays.com).  Where they take Brand Story, Vision/Mission, and Culture Guiding Principles and turn those thoughts into useable content for small businesses in the Central Texas area.
