Using proven couples counseling techniques and relationship management strategies, we’ll take a look at ways to turn around a boss relationship that is problematic, is just a little rocky, or is perfectly fine but you want to keep it that way.

Virtual Trainer: Barbara Stites

Barbara has spent her decades-long career teaching, leading library organizations, and now professionally coaching. She has also taught a graduate level Introduction to Library Administration class for many years.

Barbara earned an M.A. in Library and Information Science from the University of South Florida, and a Ph.D. in Leadership and Education with a specialization in Human Resource Development from Barry University. Her workshops and research focus on best practices for improving employee and organizational performance and continues to inform her work with library school students, employees, and with coaching clients.
