2021 Virtual FOG Forum          April 14 & 15, 21 and 22 (8am-12pm each day)

Please read all of the information on this page and treat it as an FAQ. We often get many inquiries that can be answered below. If you need assistance, feel free to contact Krysta at kthornton@pprc.org.

This is a different event than our PNPW Workshop that is going to be held in the fall in person. Our last email did not save the change - so to clarify - this is a different event, but CEUs are still available for both.

Every year, the Western States Alliance (WSA) coordinates and hosts a Fats, Oil, and Grease (FOG) Forum that is the premier event of its kind in the Pacific Northwest, and one of the best in the nation. The Forum is designed to inform and train wastewater professionals, restaurant owners, pretreatment folks, plumbers and others on the latest in FOG issues including, but not limited to: upcoming rules and regulations, reporting requirements, data measurement approaches, and newest technologies. In addition, the WSA FOG Forum will also introduce you to the WSA’s growing online resources available at www.westernstatesalliance.org.

As you may know, the 2020 WSA FOG Forum was cancelled due to the pandemic. For many of you, payment made for the 2020 WSA FOG Forum will be applied to the 2021 Virtual FOG Forum. Any remaining funds will be credited to the 2022 FOG Forum. For those requesting a refund, please contact Carol Beard at cbeard@pprc.org. A $25.00 administrative fee will be charged to your refund request as a processing fee. Please be mindful we are a small nonprofit and will respond to you as quickly as possible.

CEU Count: We have applied fo 1.5 CEUs for the states of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. If you are not a resident of these states, please contact Krysta Thornton at kthornton@pprc.org. Krysta will coordinate with your state program officer to recognize this event for CEU recognition.

IMPORTANT NOTE 3: If you are unable to pay through this system, you can call Krysta at 916-770-9204 to register by phone.

IMPORTANT NOTE 4: If you need to cancel for whatever reason, you will be charged an administration fee of $25.00. Our system charges this fee so we cannot wave it.

IMPORTANT NOTE 5: You have up until 5 days prior to the first day of the conference to recieve a refund. We will not be issuing refunds during or after the conference.

Limited registration scholarships are available for programs servicing rural, communities with a population less than 10,000. If your community is larger than 10,000 residents, but provides wastewater treatment service to smaller communities of less than 10,000, then you are also eligible for a registration scholarship.
