GSBS Webinar: Goal setting with the new GSBS IDP (PhD Students in Years 1-3) 

The best way to make sure you achieve your training and career goals is to have a plan. GSBS PhD students in year 1-3 of their training are invited to attend this workshop to learn how to use the new GSBS Individual Development Plan (IDP) to help plan your training and career goals. This workshop will focus on setting feasible training goals, planning for your career exploration and professional development, and advice on how to discuss your goals with mentors and faculty. 

An alternate session is provided for advanced GSBS students in years 4 and beyond on how to effectively set goals with the new GSBS IDP on Thursday, April 1, 2021, 3-4pm. Click here to learn more.
