The following session is intended for team members of homeless shelters, transitional housing organizations, or entities providing services to assist community members with finding or retaining housing or shelter.  Services may range from financial assistance to case management. 

Coordinated Entry Session: Open to one team member, per organization, who would like to contribute to the coordinated entry discussion.
