The following session is intended for team members of homeless shelters, transitional housing organizations, or entities providing services to assist community members with finding or retaining housing or shelter.  Services may range from financial assistance to case management. 

Older Adults & People with Disabilities Session: Open to team members working directly with older adults and individuals with varying abilities.
