Speaker: Doug Wasser is a commercial real estate lawyer with 40 years of experience in and about New York City.  Doug represents clients who buy, sell, lease, mortgage, manage and operate commercial real estate.  Doug’s connection to cannabis is through his real estate background and he helps where the plant touches real estate, such as with cultivation facilities, processing facilities and retail outlets.  Doug has accumulated a list of some 41 real estate issues unique to the cannabis industry, but that’s a tease for another day.  In this presentation, he’ll talk more generally about the cannabis business.
